EL advertisement is madeof 3 parts:
1.power plug which provides thepower. Usually we use 110V~230V transformer to provide its workingvoltage: 6v, 12v or 24v, depending on its lighting area;
2.inverter(also called programmed IC) which controls the sequencesof its animation;
3.EL panel which has some conducted luminescent materials andcircuits inside, when it is plugged with the power, and under thecontrol of the inverter, then it shows an animated flashing effectwhich has been customizable by our customer.
