EL advertisement is made of 3parts:
1.power plug which provides the power. Usually we use 110V~230Vtransformer to provide its working voltage: 6v, 12v or 24v,depending on its lighting area;
2.inverter(also called programmed IC) which controls the sequencesof its animation;
3.EL panel which has some conducted luminescent materials andcircuits inside, when it is plugged with the power, and under thecontrol of the inverter, then it shows an animated flashing effectwhich has been customizable by our customer.
